I have been involved in editing Wikipedia since 2006 mainly in the Farsi Wikipedia (fa.wiki). In my opinion Wikipedia is a social cooperative initiative aiming at accumulating any pieces of knowledge available to the humanity. In this regard, verifiability and reliability of Wikipedia’s content is of huge importance. There have been certain rules and regulations set up to ensure these concerns, but the question is about their upholdability, who should enforce them and how to make sure they do the correct job.

My experience in fa.wiki tells me that it is a total mess regarding this issue. When access strata are created to supposedly enable those arrangements to be implemented, people not ideas gain power and become the axis. Others bandwagon to these people and the result is destruction of those rules that were supposed to be respected. I seek help and advise of experienced and concerned people on this issue.
